Maintenance Tip 1: Daily Maintenance

The maintenance of the excavator should be adhered to every day. Before the work, the excavator should be checked first. The maintenance list includes the following points:

Check, clean or replace the air filter;

Cleaning the inside of the cooling system;

Check and tighten the track shoe bolts;

Check and adjust track back tension;

Check the excavator intake air heater;

Replace bucket teeth;

Adjust excavator bucket clearance;

Check the front window washer fluid level;

Check and adjust the air conditioner of the excavator; clean the floor in the cab;

When cleaning or changing coolant, park the excavator on level ground;

Maintenance Tip 2: Maintenance every 100 hours

Hydraulic Tank Maintenance

Remove dust from water coolers and hydraulic oil coolers

Remove water and sediment from the bottom of the fuel tank

Check the ventilation, heat dissipation and heat insulation of the diesel engine

Change the oil, change the oil filter

Replace oil-water separator and cooling water filter

Check that the air filter intake system is clean

Check belt tension

Check the oil level in the slewing gear box, etc.

Maintenance Tip 3: Maintenance Every 250 Hours

Replace the fuel filter and additional fuel filter;

Check engine valve clearance

Check the oil level (gear oil) in the final drive box of the excavator

Check the tension of the fan belt

Check the tension of the air conditioner compressor belt

Checking the battery electrolyte

Replacement of the oil in the engine oil pan

Engine filter replacement.

Maintenance Tip 4: Maintenance every 500 hours

Grease the rotary ring gear and drive gear

Change engine oil and oil filter

Clean the air conditioner filter

Check and clean air conditioner filter

Clean radiators, oil coolers, intercoolers, fuel coolers and A/C condensers.

Clean the outer filter of the air filter

Excavator fuel filter replacement

Check and clean excavator radiator fins

Change the oil in the final drive case (only at 500 hours for the first time, and once at 1000 hours later)

Clean the air filter elements inside and outside the excavator air conditioner system, etc.

Maintenance Tip 5: Maintenance every 1000 hours

Check the oil level (return oil) of the shock absorber housing

Replacement of oil in excavator slewing mechanism box

Check all turbocharger fasteners

Inspection and replacement of generator belt tension

Replace the anti-corrosion filter element and change the oil in the final drive case, etc.

Maintenance Tip 6: Maintenance every 2000 hours

Cleaning the hydraulic tank filter

Check the generator

start the motor

Check engine valve clearance

Inspection and cleaning of turbocharger

Inspection of shock absorbers, etc.

Maintenance Tip 7: Maintenance every 4,000 hours

Every 4000 hours need to increase the inspection of the water pump;

Every 5000 hours need to increase the maintenance of replacing the hydraulic oil.
