Equipment maintenance-sharing from first line operators

From the construction machinery veteran operator share, in the maintenance of mechanical equipment, the operator for mechanical maintenance plays a key role.  Here are a few aspects of sharing;

1. Look

Daily check the oil level, hydraulic oil level, shaft pin wear and lubrication, and gear oil volume. Excessive oil level will increase the pressure in the crankcase. Under the reaction force of the pressure, it will be difficult to start the engine.

2. Smell

The "smell" here is divided into two parts: listening and smelling

Regarding listening, it is necessary to be sensitive to abnormal sounds and stop the machine in time to reduce the damage to the machinery.

Then there is the smell, oil, hydraulic oil, butter have their own smell, the operation may also smell some, depending on the sense of taste to distinguish.

3. The judge

Judgment is the hardest for technicians and drivers.  Car driving should have a sense of responsibility!  Our judgment will bring convenience to maintenance, so that we can resume work and production in the shortest time.

4. Touch

It is most reliable to touch this with your hands. Some parts are unrealistic to touch with your hands! You can use some small tools, such as calorimeters, and pressure gauges. Please refer to the instructions for how to use them!
